Summer is here and it’s time to feel amazing! Your health and wellbeing has never been so important and we’re here to help you along your fitness journey. Following the Government update regarding restrictions easing from 19th July 2021, we are pleased to let you know that some of our restrictions we had in place can now ease.

From next week, visits to your centre will look slightly different:
• Bookings for gym and swim sessions are no longer compulsory however will still be available for you to book in advance if you wish.
• Group exercise bookings remain compulsory.
• Our changing rooms and lockers will be open and available for use.
• Our opening hours have been extended.
• Family swim sessions have been added to our swim timetables.
• All Swim School sessions will return to the full time that is allocated to the lesson.
• At New Chiswick and Isleworth, parents no longer need to accompany their child in the pool for stage 1 lessons. For pre-school lessons, we ask that you stay in the pool for the meantime.
• At Brentford, Hanworth and Heston, parents no longer need to accompany their child in the pool for pre-school lessons.
• Spectator areas will be open.

We would like to reassure you that we will continue to operate cautiously and ask all members to do the same to ensure we are still doing what we can to restrict the spread of the virus. Where possible, please maintain social distancing and continue to wear a face covering in communal areas.

What’s new?

Our Soft Play centres at Brentford Fountain Leisure Centre and Heston Pools & Fitness will be open in early August. Bring the kids along for a fun filled session and burn off some energy! While you are there, grab a coffee and a meal from our brand new café, Snack Box by Lampton.

The café at Heston opened on the 1st July, Brentford’s café is opening on the 26th July and Isleworth’s and Hanworth’s will follow shortly after. We have a great range of healthy and delicious options available for everyone!

Our Health Suites are preparing to open in the next couple of weeks after being refurbished and deep cleaned. Hanworth and Heston will be open and ready for you to enjoy from the 19th July. New Chiswick will follow early August.

A full refurbishment is underway at Isleworth Leisure where you will see a brand new jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and loungers. This will be open again in a couple of months.
