Hounslow Council and Lampton Leisure expressed their commitment to reviewing salaries as part of the transfer from Fusion Lifestyle to Lampton Leisure, particularly for those that fall below the London Living Wage. All staff have now had their pay reviewed and adjusted going forward.

Rowland Omamor, Managing Director said ‘Hounslow Council is already a London Living Wage employer. It began paying the London Living Wage in 2011 and became an accredited employer in 2012. As a company that operates the leisure services for Hounslow Council, we at Lampton Leisure will continue to honour our commitment to pay the increased rate to all staff, as we believe it is important for staff to earn a fair wage for the work that they do.’
