Come along and take part in our FREE outdoor sessions with Lampton Leisure! With a range of activities for all ages and abilities there’s something to suit everyone.

These sessions will be available every week for 6 weeks from Monday 26th July until Thursday 2nd September 2021 giving those in our local community the opportunity to take part in a range of activities free of charge.

Meet us at Osterley for some athletics, netball or a fun filled family sports day. Heston for an over 50’s health walk or an outdoor session or bring the kids down to Hanworth for a family fitness day. The choice is yours!

Everyone and anyone can take part, you do not need to be a member. Simply visit our website or download the Lampton Leisure app, register for an account and head to the relevant centre where the session is held book your sessions. Bookings are available 7 days in advance.
