focussed tennis offering to our courts at Isleworth Leisure Centre and
Hanworth Air Park Leisure Centre.
Junior Group Coaching from 3 years +
Our junior programme utilizes the LTA initiatives, LTA Youth Start and LTA Youth.
Youth Start
Youth start is for children who haven’t played tennis before. Including a start-up kit consisting of tennis racket, balls, t-shirts and 6 group lessons for £29.99. This is a great gateway for any children to participate in our game.
Youth Programme
The LTA Youth programme is for anyone aged 4-18 and consists of dynamic training and fun games from our qualified trainers. This programme is designed to progress juniors throughout the levels and encourages kids to stay in tennis.

Local leagues and Tournaments
We run a full calendar of competitions to cater for all levels and ages. Local box leagues and twice yearly Hounslow Tennis championships will offer opportunities all year round. We also deliver a calendar of mini tennis, junior and adult one day events on a rotational basis across all sites. These competitions help to establish a competitive pathway for our players and range from 1 day to 5 day events in different grades of abilities and ages.
Community & FREE Socials
Take part in our social & community events for free! At these sessions there will be a range of games, activities and taster sessions available. Talk to anyone of our coaches at these events to see what session will suit you best.

Adult group coaching, entry level and more
The adult program also utilizes the LTA initiatives offering something for all abilities. Sessions include LTA Tennis Xpress and LTA Cardio Tennis alongside Bounce tennis adult Beginner, intermediate, Tennis mornings and community social evenings.
Private Lessons
We deliver individual coaching is the fastest way to improve your tennis, whether a beginner or experienced club player. Our coaches will work with you to improve your game. Tailoring the session and content to provide your optimal learning experience. With regular goal setting and evaluation to measure progress and development of specific technical and tactical goals.
