Our health suites are the perfect place to relax in after a workout or a swim! These facilities are included in your membership or available to use on a pay per use basis.
New Chiswick Pool
The Sauna and Steam Rooms can be found in close proximity to the pool. With a brand new sauna installed this year, this is the perfect place to relax after your workout or swim.
Hanworth Airparks Leisure Centre
Relax in the Health Suite at Hanworth which is adjacent to the flumes. Here you will find a calming area to relax on loungers as well as a great sized Sauna and Steam Room.
Heston Pools & Fitness
At Heston Pools & Fitness you will find a separate health suite in the male and female changing rooms which are beside the main pool. Here you can relax at your own leisure on the tiled benches or keep warm in the Sauna and Steam rooms.
Isleworth Leisure Centre
The Isleworth Health Suite is currently undergoing refurbishment and will be open for you to enjoy from the middle of October 2021. Here you will find a brand new fully refurbished jacuzzi, heated loungers, sauna and steam rooms for you to relax in after your swim or workout.
